2.1 Age Requirement. The jl19 platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. Persons who have voluntarily enrolled in any self-exclusion program, including but not limited to PAGCOR's official self-exclusion list, are not permitted to register or maintain a jl19 account. If you become aware that you are subject to such an exclusion, you must notify jl19 immediately and cease all gambling activity on the platform.
2.5 One Account Per Person. Each individual is entitled to maintain only one (1) registered account on jl19. The operation of multiple accounts, whether individually or in concert with others, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
3.1 To access real-money gambling features on jl19, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). jl19 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and financial transactions in transit. Your registered details are handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
4.1 All deposits and account balances on jl19 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jl19 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions.
4.2 The following payment channels are accepted for deposits on jl19: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted by jl19 at its discretion to comply with regulatory requirements or internal risk management policies.
4.4 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your jl19 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jl19 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.
4.5 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jl19 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, jl19 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your jl19 account. jl19 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. jl19 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification.
5.3 jl19 targets same-business-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timelines are targets only and jl19 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
5.4 Where a withdrawal request includes funds received as part of a promotional bonus, those funds remain subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds will only be permitted once all relevant wagering conditions have been satisfied.
5.5 jl19 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, which may include requests for additional documentation. This is a regulatory obligation, not a discretionary restriction.
6.1 jl19 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentives to registered members from time to time. The availability and terms of each promotion are set out in the specific promotion's terms and conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6.2 All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-generated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonuses have defined validity periods. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will expire and be forfeited at the end of the stated validity period.
6.4 jl19 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already partially satisfied wagering requirements, jl19 will consider such cases on an individual basis.
6.5 Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
7.1 Each game available on the jl19 platform is governed by specific game rules accessible within the relevant game interface. In the event of a conflict between any specific game rule and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless the specific game rule expressly provides otherwise.
7.2 All game results on jl19 are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games, and by verified physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) for live dealer games. jl19 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jl19 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. The decision of jl19's technical team in such cases is final.
7.4 You are expected to use the jl19 platform in a manner consistent with fair play and in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use unauthorized automation tools, or engage in any form of cheating constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jl19 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities.
jl19 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine law enforcement bodies. Reports of suspected illegal activity will be escalated to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
9.1 All content on the jl19 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, trademarks, trade names, logos, marketing materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of jl19 or its licensed content providers.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl19 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.
9.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from jl19 without the prior written consent of jl19.
10.1 jl19 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account on jl19, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 jl19 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl19, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl19 platform.
12.2 jl19's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jl19 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jl19 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the platform. The platform may be subject to temporary outages for scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or circumstances beyond jl19's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
12.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager. jl19 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from gambling activities on the platform. By using jl19, you accept this risk and confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.
13.1 jl19 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving: violation of this Agreement; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; receipt of a self-exclusion request; PAGCOR directive; or internal risk management decisions.
13.2 Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC review, unless jl19 is legally required to withhold such funds.
13.3 You may close your jl19 account at any time by contacting jl19 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding verification requirements must be resolved before a final balance withdrawal can be processed.
14.1 jl19 may amend these Terms at any time. Where the proposed amendment is material, jl19 will provide reasonable prior notice via the platform or by email to registered account holders. Continued use of the jl19 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.2 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the jl19 platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Closing your account prior to the effective date will not affect any rights or obligations already accrued.
15.1 This Agreement, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jl19, you agree to first contact jl19 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. jl19 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve it within thirty (30) business days.
15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, any unresolved dispute may be referred to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
15.4 For disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
